The basic function of recycling is economical and ecological use of concrete mass waste material (including washings, created during the cleaning of concrete transport vehicles, pumps and other objects – wheel-barrows, shovels, etc.). Proposed device solves the problem of storing and removing of waste materials from the concrete production centre. Drum washer is made as welded structure with bucket wheel and double-chamber washing system. Washing and mixing drum is covered with steel cover, protected with limit switches. Loading funnels are equipped with pneumatically controlled flaps, adjusting concrete waste flow, closed during main drive load increase. On the front wall there is hot air blowing fan installed, activated and deactivated with use of thermostat. On the concrete transport vehicles washing funnel there are two pipelines connected to immersion pump, which allows to use of washings for concrete transport vehicle washing. Contaminated water after vehicle washing is supplied to the drum with installed wormwheel, in 2/3 immersed in water. Its task is initial aggregate cleaning and supplying dirty water to the first bucket wheel, which separates aggregate fraction higher or equal to 2 mm. Then the separated aggregate is supplied to the second bucket wheel, separated from the first one with the partition wall. In that chamber the aggregate is finally cleaned and supplied to vibration chute, used for transport and dewatering of washed aggregates. Recovered aggregate is supplied again to the aggregates tanks, and washings are gravitationally supplied to the tank under recycling. In that tank there are agitator and two pumps installed. Shaft and propeller are made from stainless steel, there is also additional clean water valve for refilling missing water or for washing. The agitator task is preventing settling of contaminants in water on the tank bottom. Immersion pumps, installed on the tank bottom are used for supplying water to the concrete production centre and for transport vehicles and pumps washing.
