Surely more than once you have faced the question of proper exploitation of Technological devices in your production plants and the problems connected with it. You do not always have the possibility of continued supervision of such devices, keeping track of service intervals according to the devices’ technical and operational documentation, carrying out inspections, and, last but not least, the personnel that you have at your disposal does not always have the time, possibility or knowledge required to properly carry out such inspections.

We offer constant servicing of all devices manufactured by us:
1. Warranty Service
Carried out according to the guidelines included in the technical and operational documentation of the device.
In this case you only bear the costs of exploitation materials and elements which ware out naturally.
2. Post-warranty Service
Carried out according to the guidelines included in the technical and operational documentation of the device. In this case we offer lump sum settlement of labor costs, calculated individually for every kind of technical service and device type as well as a lump sum for travel to every location.
In case of non-standard devices or devices supplied by other manufacturers we offer the settlement of labor costs based on the actual time of the inspection. After carrying out several technical services we will be able to set the lump sum for the service which will be of a level satisfactory for both sides.
The costs of replacement parts and exploitation materials will be calculated based on the offer presented by us.
The scope of additional work required for the proper functioning of a device will be presented for your approval, after which the works will be carried out and the labor costs will be calculated based on the actual work time.
Additional replacement parts will be installed after receiving your approval of the TUGEB POLBUD price offer.
After the service you will receive a Service Protocol which will include the following information:
- The type of technical service carried out
- A list of repaired malfunctions
- Exploitation guidelines with a proposed scope and date of replacement of worn out elements
- Date and type of the next technical service
- Suggestions of new solutions or entire devices
